Electrocardiogram

An electrocardiogram (EKG) test is painless, non-invasive, and extremely safe. There is zero risk of being shocked during this test because it doesn’t actually produce any electricity. On the contrary the leads that are placed on your body measure the electrical signals coming from your heart.  EKGs are the best way to quickly diagnose common heart conditions and are routinely performed in men and women over the age of 40.

If you have any questions concerning an EKG test, please call Occupational Health Consultants at at 301-738-6420.
